Police grabbed one @XRebelDC individual who started using chalk. They took out handcuffs but didn't put him on them.

"Let him go! Let him go," the crowd chanted.

"Do you protect the property or the people?" one yelled.

"Tell the truth!" they chanted at the Capitol.

While they didn't do their usual civil disobedience, @XRebelDC promised to come back if the @AOC / @SenSanders resolution declaring "climate emergency" doesn't pass.
